Each episode will include the following academic standards:

  2. In May of 1953, the Scout House hosted the very first Pinewood Derby. The Cub Scout Pack in Manhattan Beach, California first held the fun event. The pack’s Cubmaster, Don Murphy, created the concept of the Pinewood Derby. At that time, his son was too young to enter Derby.

Scout
  • View list of badges earned for entire pack/troop

Den Leaders, Scoutmasters (including Assistant Scoutmasters), AHG Unit leaders:

  • See the progress of the den/patrol/unit — without having to gather and sift through the handbooks looking for activities that have been completed at home
  • (Assistant Scoutmasters) Get a report of which scouts only need Scoutmaster conferences or Board of Reviews to complete a badge
  • Decide if parents are allowed to mark activities completed at home
  • Track den/patrol/unit dues
  • Enter previously earned badges

Parents

  • Keep control of the handbook — especially important towards the end of the program year when all requirements need to be finished!
  • Switch between scouts easily (even between Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and AHG Girls!)

Boy Scouts (but not Cub Scouts)

  • Log in to see their progress. If the troop allows it, the scouts can also mark certain activities as planned/completed (some activities like Scoutmaster conferences and Board of reviews are restricted to Scoutmasters).

AHG Girls

  • Troop can be configured to allow girls at a particular level and higher to be able to login and see their progress
  • If the troop allows it, the girls that can login can also mark certain activities as planned/completed (some activities like Frontier badge leader signoffs and Board of reviews are restricted to Unit/Squad Leaders).
